Tight Pants

The same goes for tight underwear. So if you’re a briefs guy, it’s time to switch to boxers. Set the little ones free or suffer the consequences. Because if you don’t, you might inadvertently raise your testicles to an unsustainable temperature. All it takes is a couple degrees and your sperm production will drop dramatically. Too Much Endurance Exercise

Skin cancer is a bigger concern than having kids. At least for most people. Just make sure you take a shower once you get inside to wash it off.

Watching Too TV

We’d hate to interrupt your binge watching sessions. But the evidence is there and it’s official. Studies show that men who watch large amounts of TV produce substantially less sperm than men who are more physically active and spend less time on the couch. By the numbers, men who watch over 20 hours a week of television reportedly produce as much as 44% less sperm than men who watch close to no TV at all.
